Rachel Weinstein is a senior nonprofit finance and operations leader with more than 15 years of experience building financial infrastructure, strengthening systems, and supporting sustainable organizational growth. With an entrepreneurial mindset and a background spanning computer science and nonprofit leadership, she has helped scale mission-driven organizations through strategic planning, financial management, and systems integration.
As Interim Chief Financial Officer at Young Women’s Freedom Center, Rachel provides financial leadership across the organization and its affiliated entities, ensuring strong, transparent, and scalable systems that support long-term sustainability and values-driven decision-making. Previously, she served as Chief Operating Officer at Braver Angels and began her career as a software engineer at Amazon. Rachel brings a collaborative, analytical leadership style and a global perspective shaped by living on four continents.
