Born and raised in Los Angeles, Elba Gardon is a dedicated Self-Determination Coordinator at the Young Women’s Freedom Center. A proud mother of four and grandmother of two, Elba’s life is a testament to resilience, transformation, and the power of self-healing.
Having grown up in the foster care system and faced many limitations early in life, Elba transformed her pain into purpose. She is now a Certified Life and Health Coach and a Psychic Medium, using her lived experience and spiritual gifts to guide others on their own healing journeys. Through her work, Elba empowers individuals to move beyond generational trauma, reconnect with their inner strength, and create lives rooted in authenticity and self-love.
Elba believes that true freedom begins within. Her mission is to help others uncover their innate power, embrace their healing, and align their lives with their soul’s purpose—one act of courage and compassion at a time.
