As a community leader, JuJu strives to be a role model, showing that “I can’t” is never an option. She works to create a safe space for youth to build trust, develop leadership, and foster communication across generations.
To JuJu, leadership is about dedication, respect, and listening. That’s why she is a leader and a hero in her community who brings about change in the world and builds unity.
JuJu believes, “A leader goes out of their way to get things done. A leader is passionate about the way they present themselves, and a leader starts in the youth community. A leader is dedicated, communicates well, is mature, insightful, observant, a partner to the community, mindful, respectful, and a good listener. I am a leader”.
