As a community leader, JuJu strives to be a role model, showing that “I can’t” is never an option. She works to create a safe space for youth to build trust, develop leadership, and foster communication across generations.
To JuJu, leadership is about dedication, respect, and listening. “A leader gets things done, communicates well, and starts with the youth. A leader is passionate, observant, and committed to building unity. I am a leader.”
JuJu is a leader and a hero in the community who can bring about change into the world and build a community of unity.
JuJu believes, “A leader goes out of their way to get things done. A leader is passionate about the way they present themselves, and a leader starts in the youth community. A leader is dedicated, communicates well, is mature, insightful, observant, a partner to the community, mindful, respectful, and a good listener. I am a leader”.
