Kayla has almost a decade of experience working with advocacy and community-based organizations with a central mission of social and economic justice, with a focus on organizational development and administration. She does this work in order to lift up and support the voices of those most impacted by the destructive forces of structural violence and oppression in our communities. In her role at YWFC, she makes sure that the Center’s finance, operations, and administrative functions are solid so that YWFC can shine. Kayla has been with the Center since July 2019 and is looking forward to being in community with this powerful family and working toward our collective liberation for years to come.
