Janell Franco is a proud South San Jose native. She comes from a big family and is rooted in her role as a big sister and protector to her three younger siblings and seven nieces and nephews. For her work at the Young Women’s Freedom Center, Janell brings ten plus years of system navigation expertise. Her experience has ignited her passion in community involvement and her desire to witness the young women of her community heal and obtain freedom from the system.
