She is a San Jose Native, a young mother, and the daughter of immigrant parents who came to this country with hope and determination. Raised with strong values and pride in her culture, she embraces her Chicana identity as a way to express herself and stay connected. At 18, she stepped out on her own, and by 19, she was learning how to be a mother while finding her path. Facing challenges early on, she learned how to move through systems that were not always built for her. These experiences shaped her into someone strong, determined, and grounded in purpose. Her experiences drive her passion to support young parents, uplift her community, and build a better future for the next generation.
