Darice M. Jones (DJ) is an executive director, leadership coach, dream worker, and writer/director, with more than a decade experience in collaborative leadership, business development, and securing resources in service of an equitable and inclusive society. Darice envisions a world that values the physical, emotional, and creative well-being of all. Darice works across social movements: from her current leadership at an arts nonprofit in San Francisco, global work in transitional justice, years leading the training of low-income professionals working to uplevel their careers, to the founding and leading the international phenomenon that is Bijou Film Festival. Darice spent nearly a decade coaching several senior leaders and supporting enhanced workforce design at Young Women’s Freedom Center. Darice is a born collaborator and is open to new partnerships in world-building projects.
